This project is the first large-scale suburban community in Romania and is based on a successful worldwide model. The contiguous 156 hectare plot is located in the premium northern Bucharest area and has superior access to the city centre. Woodland in the middle of the site will become a ‘Central Park’. The project will be phased over seven years, with houses constructed first and then apartment villas. The scheme allows for 264,000 sqm of gross built area of residential space and is due for completion in 2014.
