This project will consist of the development 150,000 sqm of multi-use scheme with residential, shopping mall, business centre and hotel in Brasov. Located near the prime business district, the project is part of the transformation of the city center of one of the most picturesque towns in Transylvania. Works on site are due to start in January 2009 with final completion by December 2011.
