Claudia joined European Future Group for residential developments and sales of apartments. Claudia has a sales background with well known real estate agencies in Bucharest. She also conducted several transactions on behalf of Perfect Casa, a real estate agency in the relationship with European Future Group, including the Belgrad 5 project. She has a Master’s degree in Real Estate Economy and speaks fluent Romanian and Italian.

Colin Wyatt
Development Director
Colin joined European Future Group as a Development Director based in Bucharest. Prior to this Colin was Head of Engineering EMEA with Goldman Sachs International Capital Projects team with full responsibility for management of the delivery of projects throughout EMEA & India. Prior to this as the European Building Services Manager for AIG/Lincoln International LLC, he was responsible for the management of the design and delivery of multiple projects throughout Central & Western Europe. He has been working in the construction and property industry for over 20 years and holds an MSc in Building Services Engineering Management.

Francisco Pozzy
Development Director
Francisco joined EFG as Development Director to coordinate major developments in Romania. He brings extensive project leadership experience from major European markets including Spain, France, and Italy; in addition to successful developments in Asia, Africa and South America. Francisco’s focus on efficient operations and financial management and quality of service are critical to the success of EFG development projects. He holds a MEng in Industrial Engineering, an MSc in Management & Environmental Engineering, an MSc in Project and Construction Management and an MBA from the London Business School.

Ian Howie
Development Director Ukraine
Ian joined European Future Group as a Development Director based in Kiev. Prior to joining EFG, Ian worked as Projects Director within Goldman Sachs in London where he successfully delivered real estate projects in the UK, UAE and Moscow among others. Before Goldman Sachs, Ian earned broad experience in managing and developing large commercial real estate developments in Central and Eastern Europe as Senior Project Manager with AIG Lincoln in Czech Republic, Germany, Russia and Poland. Ian graduated with a BSc Building Engineering & Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and speaks German.

Irina Tudos
Leasing Manager
Irina joined European Future Group as Leasing Manager for the office and logistic projects. Prior to this she has been working with Primavera Development, gaining valuable expertise in leasing commercial projects, such as S-Park. Irina has two Master Degrees in International Economic Relations and Real Estate Economics with the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. -
Octavian Cristea
Senior Analyst
Octavian is the Group Development Analyst involved in all aspects of the financial performance of developments. His experience includes being Senior Investment Analyst for Global Finance Real Estate, where he performed detailed financial analyses necessary to evaluate real estate development and acquisition projects. Prior to this he worked for Nomura Investment Bank, Cargill and Ernst & Young where he did 4 years in audit, consulting and due diligence projects, earning valuable expertise in financial field. Octavian has a Bachelor in Finance and is in the process of completing his ACCA certification.

Development Director
Patrick joined European Future Group as a Development Director based in Bucharest. Before Goldman Sachs Patrick earned broad experience in managing and developing large real estate developments in Central and Eastern Europe as Senior Project Manager with AIG Lincoln in Czech Republic, Germany, Russia and Poland. Patrick graduated with a BSc Building Engineering & Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and speaks fluent German.

Sean Freyne
Development Director Ukraine
Sean joined European Future Group as a Development Director based in Kiev. Prior to joining EFG, Sean worked as a Development Manager at Cape Boulevard Investments. Before this experience, Sean earned broad experience in managing and developing large commercial real estate developments in Central and Eastern Europe as Senior Construction Manager with AIG Lincoln, Greene King, Bass Retail, and Scottish and New Castle Retail. Sean graduated with a BSc Building Surveying from Anglia Polytechnic University, UK and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and the Association of Project Management.
The Development team is responsible for the delivery of our projects. They handle all aspects of development from concept creation, through planning, permitting, execution of the works and finally leasing/ selling.
