Investors in the Funds include large international mutual, pension and specialist institutional funds and a range of high-net worth individuals. These investors are attracted to the specialist nature of the funds, the company’s track record and our ability to access an exciting pipeline of deals.
Until now, the team has focused on the Romanian and Ukrainian markets. As new opportunities arise, our range and market coverage will grow, further specialist funds focusing on either specific countries or specific real estate sectors to be launched.
