Investment Managers (Bucharest, Kiev)

You will be responsible for driving major transactions to completion and handover

You will:

1) Analyze individual transactions from a variety of perspectives, including sensitivity analysis, timing of refinance, multiple exit scenarios (sales prices and rates/ rents/ yields), and various gearing and cost of funds assumptions
2) Conduct detailed analysis of portfolios of investments for acquisition and management and determine the optimal strategy to maximize investor upside
3) Ensure that transactions are well structured, documented, underwritten and prepared for Investment Committee review and all deal assumptions are realistic, executable and meet investor expectations
4) Originate a steady pipeline of deals for review and report on the pipeline on a regular basis
5) Manage all aspects of getting the deal done including but not limited to 3rd party advisors, external legal council, agents, and brokers

Experience/ Education:

1) At least 2 years in a real estate investment, private equity or investment banking firm closing deals
2) A detailed practical knowledge of investment analysis from a transactional and portfolio perspective gained from hands on experience
3) The ability and maturity to take initiative, work independently, and identify, analyze and explain the deal
4) A knowledge of portfolio and company valuation methods (DCF, NAV) supported by experience in analyzing both
5) Proven communication and leadership skills; the ability to coach team members; a team player
6) Minimum of MBA in Finance; CFA certification would be beneficial but not required.
