At least once a year we take our entire business to an off-site location which has a specific meaning to our business and give everyone from top to bottom the opportunity to provide deep feedback on what we are doing, how and where. We translate these into clear action points with owners and deadlines and track them to completion.

Some of our first employees are still with us and have grown along the way are are now in positions of responsibility that is in line with their efforts, commitment and results.
