Ana Savu
Finance Director
Ana joined as the Senior Accountant. and now oversees the daily management of Group cash, payables and receivables and all aspects of management reporting. In addition to this she has direct oversight of all aspects of the Romania finance team. Prior to this, Ana worked as Senior Finance Accountant with Saatchi & Saatchi Romania and was an accountant for a local Romanian company. Ana has a Bachelors degree in Economic Studies and is a certified accountant in Romania. Ana speaks Romanian, English and French.

Carmen Nicolae
Group Finance and Risk Director
As Operations Finance Director Carmen is responsible for the analysis of financial risk, investment appraisal, internal controls, and audit. She has over 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, budgeting, reporting, and investment decision making. Prior to EFG she was with Vodafone Romania where she had similar responsabilities as Senior Manager Commercial Finance. She had a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems and has been a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants since 2005. She speaks fluent English and a working knowledge of French.

Catalin Adinel Giboi
IT Manager
Catalin joined EFG to take over day to day management of all aspects of our information and communication systems and has established best in class systems and infrastructure to support the rapid growth of the Group. Prior to joining EFG he was with Porsche Romania as a Business Analyst and Systems Engineer working on ERP systems and ran his own IT development and services company for 3 years. He has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Economics and is currently preparing for his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer examinations. He speak fluent English, German and French.

Dana Netoi
Acquisitions Manager Romania
Dana originally joined European Future Group as a Junior Investments Manager. She has overseen investments with a combined value of over Eur 400 million. Prior to this position she worked for an American tobacco merchant company located in Bucharest and as an economist for a local company. Dana has a Masters degree in International Business and a Bachelors degree in International Economic Relationships. Dana speaks Romanian, English and French.

Gareth John
Managing Director - City & South East
Gareth joined City and South East from Goldman Sachs where he was a senior member of the Real Estate Corporate Procurement and Commercial Management Team. Prior to this he spent 16 years with Laing O’Rourke UK in a variety of roles in construction and civil engineering including profit and loss responsibility. While there he was responsible for all construction procurement for BAA Heathrow Terminal 5, at the time the largest construction project in Europe.

Kasia Makarewicz
Asset Manager - European Future Funds
Kasia joined European Future Group initially to work as an investment manager in the acquisition team, taking part in acquisition of projects with a cumulative value of €150 million. She subsequently moved within the Group to the Asset Management department, where she was involved in structuring and establishing our two investment funds. She gained essential real estate experience with DTZ Zadelhoff Tie Leung in Hungary and Poland working for the valuation and property management departments. Kasia speak English, Polish and has a working knowledge of Romanian and Russian. -
Lilia Muntean
Senior Investment Manager
Lilia joined European Future Group as Country Manager for Moldova, responsible for land acquisition and project development in Moldova where she oversaw investments with a combined value of over Eur 50 million. She is now a Senior Investment Manager with European Future Funds.Lilia has a Bachelors degree in International Economic Relations and recently achieved her Masters degree in Economics, with a specialization in Foreign Direct Investment. Lilia speaks Romanian, Russian, English and French.

McLean McGregor
Senior Investment Manager
McLean is responsible for managing and underwriting investment opportunities throughout the investment region. Previously he worked as an investment analyst for Granite Properties, a Dallas, Texas based private equity developer operating in the western and southern United States. He has a Bachelor Science degree in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University, Virginia. McLean, speaks Spanish and is learning Turkish and Romanian.

Olga Iachimov
Country Manager Ukraine
Olga joined European Future Group as Operations Director for the Group’s office in Moldova and was appointed Country Manager for Ukraine in 2007, with direct responsibility for land acquisition. She has successfully originated developments valued over $400 million. Olga has a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance and speaks fluent English, French, Romanian and Russian. -
Ramona Nan
Head of Corporate Services
Ramona joined European Future Group to head delivery of all corporate services and administration, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained in all our locations. Prior to joining EFG she was responsible for business development for the Romanian-Canadian MBA Program in Bucharest, was the Marketing Director for Stanley Bet, the leading Romanian lottery company and Executive Manager of Spot Promotion Romania. Ramona has a BA in Communications and Public relations, speaks fluent Romania, English, and German and has a working knowledge of Spanish and Italian.

Sorin Vlad
Senior Investment Manager
Sorin joined EFG as an investment analyst and is now responsible for fund structuring, investment analysis, sourcing and oversight of investments. Prior to joining EFG, Sorin acted as a Senior Planning and Business Development Analyst with Philip Morris International. In this position he was involved in strategic planning, financial modeling, competitive intelligence, budgeting and reporting. Sorin is a Chartered Financial Analyst, holds a Masters degree Banking and Finance and a Business Degree in Financial Management, both earned at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. He speaks fluent English and French.

Yevgeniy Sulima
Finance Director Ukraine
Yevgeniy joined EFG as part of our expansion into the Ukrainian market. He now oversees all aspects of the finance of the Ukrainian business in addition to providing support to the Group headquarters. He currently looks after over $ 400 million of developments as well as additional duties with corporate administration. Prior to joining EFG he was acting Managing Director of Elit Ukraine and Finance Director and was instrumental in achieving 30% year on year revenue growth, He has a Master's degree in Finance and speaks fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian.
